بارك الله لهما وبارك عليهما وجمع بينهما بخير
في ليله مباركه من ليال العمر في ليله ضرب بها الليل أطنابه وفتح السهر ابوابه
في ليله تم بها توقيد الشموع ونثر الزهور وغنا بها الطير الفرح في ليلة في قاعة لمـــار للاحتفالات بتبوك
أقيم حفل زفاف الشابين فيصل وفواز
ابناء الشيخ مشحن الحمري البلوي (رحمة الله)
وقد شرف الحفل الشيخ احمد بن رفاده والشيخ سلامه البلوي شيخ بلي الاردن وسعادة الواء الركن محمد سليمان الحربي قائد مجموعة لواء الامام تركي الرابع عشر وقادة بعض القطعات العسكريه
ومجموعه من ابناء منطقة تبوك ومشايخ واعيان قبيلة بلي
وكان في استقبالهم راعي الحفل المقدم الركن فائز بن مشحن الحمري البلوي

في قاعة لمارا في تبوك أحتفل المقدم الركن فايز مشحن الحمري بزواج اشقائه فيصل وفواز .


بحضور كلا من الشيخ أحمد بن رفاده والشيخ سلامه بن علي الهرفي شيخ قبيلة بلي في المملكة الاردنيه الهاشمية وسعادة اللواء محمد سليمان الحربي قائد اللواء الرابع عشر وعدد من مشائخ واعيان قبيلة بلي في السعوديه والاردن




حيث كان في استقبالهم المقدم الركن فايز مشحن الحمري


تخلل هذا الحفل قصائد شعريه بدءها شاعر قبيلة الحمر الشاعر فهيد بن صالح الحمري والشاعر سعيد الشهراني والشاعر احمد صالح الحمري


ثم بداء عازف الربابة الشاعر أحمد البلوي صاحب الصوت الشجي بالعزف على الربابه
